The Kilt Pin Company guarantee statement
At The Kilt Pin Company, your satisfaction is important to us. We allow returns and full credit for any products (except sized rings) that are returned to us within 7 days of purchase. This means that if you are not satisfied with any goods you purchase from us, for any reason, we will refund your purchase price (excluding postage and package) in full as soon as the goods are returned in the same condition in which you received them.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

All deliveries in the UK are free
For deliveries outside the UK we will use Royal Mail 'International Signed For' to provide additional insurance, and you may be asked for a signature on receipt. Outside Europe we will use Royal Mail 'Airsure' (unless the service is not available)
Delivery Times
We aim to despatch within 4 days of receiving an order; we will let you know if the delivery time is going to be longer
Returns
Contact us by e-mail or telephone if you are not happy with your purcahse so that we can discuss your problem. If it cannot be resoved, then return the goods by secure mail, (until we receive them they are your responsibility), and we will refund full cost excluding post. If any rectification is required we will do this toally at our expense.
If any agreed changes are made to a piece there may be extra costs to you.
